High blood pressure

Unlike conventional medicine, which concentrates on fighting the illness, therapy with medicinal mushrooms concentrates on maintaining physiological homeostasis – that means restoring our bodies' balance (for example, the balance of minerals, enzymes, hormones, water, electrolytes or immune cells) and natural resistance to disease.

Medicinal mushrooms are used in the treatment of high blood pressure with good results. It is recommended to take Reishi Lexikon, Shiitake or Maitake powder / tablets, especially because the reasons for hypertension are diverse. Please ask Dr. med. Heinz Knopf which particular mushroom you should take in your individual case. In contrast to general medicine no side-effects are to be expected. Normally, the treatment takes effect within a few weeks, which can be easily confirmed by a physician.

Medicinal mushrooms really have a phenomenal healing potential. They are able to stimulate immune function; ward off viruses, bacteria, and fungi; reduce inflammation; help balance blood sugar levels.

Experiences:
After consulting Dr. Ehlers, Ms W. takes Shiitake extract, Hericium extract and Reishi Lexikon powder to treat too high cholesterol level and high blood pressure. This combination of medicinal mushrooms had the effect that she could considerably reduce the ingestion of beta blocker. In addition, she told us that she was not that easily exhausted and felt much more energetic both physically and mentally than before.

On recommendation of Dr. Ehlers, Ms H. started taking one capsule of both Shiitake and Reishi Lexikon extract as a therapy against high blood pressure, fat liver, overweight and too high cholesterol levels. She told us that she now is much more energetic; even a little too much and does not get tired anymore. Then, she switched to Shiitake and Reishi Lexikon powder / tablets. Now she has no more hunger attacks, is feeling fit (in a moderate way), is sleeping enough and is not stressed anymore.

Ms V. had high blood pressure for a long time and had been taking medicine against it daily for years. She learnt about medicinal mushrooms in a German TV show ("Hobbythek" with Jean Pütz). Even after only shortly taking Reishi Lexikon powder / tablets, she could reduce her medicine intake tremendously. She told us, that her husband needed to take medicine everyday and needed to have a venesection every quarter of year due to high blood pressure. After taking Reishi Lexikon tablets for a short time his pressure level normalized, he now only has to take half a tablet a day and can go without venesection. Both are totally convinced of medicinal mushrooms.

…Thank you very much for your advice about medicinal mushrooms regarding high blood pressure. Since August 12th, I have been taking the recommended mushrooms with the respective dosage and the blood pressure has been on a normal level for ca. 3-4 days (sys=120-130 und dys=80-90)
