History:
Today’s Codyceps sinensis’ increase in demand is due to its discovery by Tibetan Yak shepherds. They found out that the cattle which pastured in the highlands developed a much better resistibility and life-span than those cattle pastured in other places. The reason for this were the tiny fungi, which grew between the highland grass, and the cattle love to also eat. In the TCM the Cordyceps sinensis
has been used as tonic and been known as aphrodisiac.

The Cordyceps sinensis
is an effective refresher. In order to not affect your sleep it should not be taken late in the evening.
