Further identifications:
Coriolus versicolor Lexikon, Butterfly Bracket Fungus, Yun Zhi, Kawaratake

Origin:
  • Can be found everywhere in the world, also domestic in Germany

History:
While the Coriolus has been used in the TCM for centuries and is known in the traditional medicine in South America, its use as vital fungus in Europe is hardly acknowledged. This is a pity, for the Coriolus is very effective against virus and bacterial infections, candidosis as well as for the accompanying treatment of cancer. The latest scientific researches give impressive proof of this.

Application:
  • Prevention and supporting treatment of tumors E
  • Improvement of compatibility of chemo and radiotherapy E
  • Strengthening of immune system, especially against virus infections P/E
  • Supports liver function, i.e. Hepatitis P/E

Particularity:
The immune stimulants, which the Coriolus contains, are precious for the defence of infections as well as for the protection of tumors. In Korea for example, the Coriolus supports the conventional medical treatment of 70 % of all cancer patients.

P = Powder (i.e. in tablet form)
E = Extract (i.e. saggar)
P/E = powder and extracts combined

This will give you an idea which dosage form normally is the most adequate.
