When I’m spending time reading longer threads or researching things online, I’ve noticed my eyes get tired faster than I expect. Instead of assuming it’s just fatigue, I sometimes stop and check whether my screen itself is part of the problem. Bright backgrounds and visual clutter can build up without you realizing it.
One simple thing I use is BlackScreen for a quick pause. It gives me a clean, dark view that helps my eyes relax and also makes it easier to notice glare or dust on the monitor. I don’t use it for long, but that short reset makes reading and browsing feel a lot more comfortable afterward.
